Hostel Hot Place

After 2 days of staying in the hostel I had to leave because of the noise at night. I wrote a claim for a refund (14 days were paid), they promised to pay within 10 days, as required by law, even the owner of this hostel confirmed the refund. After 10 days there was no refund. was. I called Anastasia’s manager and said that there was no refund, to which the answer was received that the transfer was made, and this was a delay at the bank. I asked for the transfer details to search for the transfer in the bank, she promised to send it later) Later, the second manager wrote this 2 days later, she said that they are working on my problem and will answer me within 30 DAYS 😁 As a result, 21 days have already passed, no one has contacted me, there is still no refund. A complaint has been written to Rospotrebnadzor for violation of the law: According to Part 1 of Article 31 of the Law on the Protection of Consumer Rights, requirements consumer for a reduction in the price for work performed (service provided), for reimbur*****t of expenses to eliminate deficiencies in the work performed (service provided) on their own or by third parties, as well as for the return of the amount of money paid for the work (service) and compensation for losses caused in connection with refusal to execute the contract, provided for in paragraph 1 of Article 28 and paragraphs 1 and 4 of Article 29 of this Law, must be satisfied within ten days from the date of presentation of the corresponding demand. Be careful when checking into this hostel, discuss all questions at the check-in stage

There was a verbal agreement about late check-out (booking doesn’t work now) check-in was at 2 am. Imagine our surprise when we were woken up at 12 and literally kicked out of the room. Apparently no one knows about the late check-out. Upon arrival, no one said a word about leaving at lunchtime. Apparently someone has a hole in their head or it’s just a scam in its purest form. Of course, no one returned the money to us for half a day. Never and never set foot in this hostel

The mini-hotel has an excellent location (I would like to call it that), the administrators are very unobtrusive and at the same time attentive to requests, all our requests were resolved without problems. The possibility of a discount was a pleasant bonus. It's pretty clean here. There were no complaints at all regarding the bathrooms and showers. There is a water heater located there, but the water pressure and temperature were exactly what we needed. The kitchen and hallway are stylishly decorated, everything corresponds to the photos presented on the website. We rented a room with two separate beds, not a big one, a mini bedside table (for us, 2-year-old girls, it wasn’t enough, but we somehow managed), but there wasn’t much room for furniture here. Let's just say - oriental minimalism))) The view from the window is nice - a little bit of a ship's mast, a bathing church, the Guma courtyard and a lot of chestnut 🌿😍 The yard, a separate story and very attractive, clean, romantic, historical, you can wait next to the "local Vladik" for the beginning excursions. There are also many nice cafes, a restaurant and a souvenir shop in the courtyard. The guys chose a very good location for their hotel. I hope everything works out for them and we can stay here on our next trip!
