Администрация отеля не договаривает об отсутствии лифта, очень неудобно с чемоданами подниматься на 4 этаж. А так в целом, все соответствует своей стоимости.

Очень понравился отель, небольшой и уютный. Недалеко от вокзала. В номере есть все необходимое, и все работает. Девочки администраторы вежливые . Завтрак включён в стоимость номера, это очень удобно . С удовольствием посетим снова.

Это была наша вторая остановка после Тамбова( выехали из Питера) отель с виду конечно не соответствует своему названиюно внутри очень все прилично, единственное удивило что замена полотенец раз в три дняэто конечно не гигиенично!!! Смогла забронировать только полулюкс , просторный номер с большим окном, но вид стройка завтраки на заказ на выбор, так себе, были двое суток, плавали в Волге на платном пляже Бобры 350₽ вход на человека, вода теплая, ужинали в очень хорошем ресторане армянском с авторской кухней♀️все вкусно но цены кусаютсябрали индивидуальную экскурсию по центру и Мамаевым Курганом!!!! Очень впечатляет, сила, мощь, патриотизмгород чистый ухоженный везде кусочки напоминания о ВОВвсе понравилось, поехали к дому через Тулу!

Симпатичный отель недалеко от обоих вокзалов (жд и авто), от центра города и набережных, очень удобно расположен. Приятный интерьер, понравится тем, кто любит такой нео-ампир, очень приветливый и внимательный персонал - всегда спросят, что их предложенного в меню вы бы хотели на завтрак (если вы оплатили номер с завтраком) и перезвонят, если вы забыли в номере что-то из вещей. Номера комфортные, есть все, что нужно.

Красивый, чистый номер. Вкусный завтрак, приветливый персонал. Всё очень понравилось) Можем порекомендовать этот отель друзьям и близким. Находится недалеко от жд вокзала и в целом близко к центру. Единственное - нет лифта, номер был на 4м этаже. Пожилым и людям с огран-ми возможностями такой вариант возможно не подойдёт.

Классный отель, расположенный в центре города, со всеми удобствами, в номере очень чисто, уютно, персонал отеля встретил добродушно, парковка для авто расположена перед отелем, что очень удобно. Большим плюсом является комбинированный завтрак: меню-заказ и шведская линия. Минусов не увидела , буду обязательно приезжать еще и советовать отель всем своим друзьям и знакомым.

Всем доброго времени суток! По моему мнению, доступный отель по соотношению цена/качество! Проживал в номере № 202 полулюкс, огромный, просторный номер с высокими потолками, с хорошей оснащенностью в котором может поместиться небольшая семья). В номере тепло, уютно и комфортно, есть чайник, холодильник, телевизор, бесплатный WI-FI, кондиционер и комфортная мебель
