Находился в Волгограде проездом с семьёй 11.06.2023 ,забронировал номер на троих вместе с ребенком,в номере не работал телевизор заметил это не сразу,в унитазе закрытом крышкой плавали фекалии,из внутреннего блока кондиционера вода капала на пол,в душевой вода не уходила.На претензию по телевизору,сказали ,что помочь не могут.Вобщем не советую!

Были проездом в этом отеле. Запутались при поиске самого отеля. Но в целом нам всё понравилось. Номер эконом класса , только эта категория была доступна на наши даты,. Чистота, приятный запах в номере, белоснежное белье. Душ и туалет на этаже, всё чисто и комфортно. Персонал очень отзывчивай и доброжелательный. Всё, что просили, было предоставлено. большое спасибо! Приедем обязательно!
