Excellent location... Nice hotel.. service was very slow especially at the restaurant and in room food service. Hotel had warmth of being in Vrindavan..not very fancy but vibe was soothing.

when I entered the room the room bedsheets, pillows cover , towels were used and dirty but after raising the issue to reception, they solved it in 15 minutes and changed . room was clean . old structure but with all amenities. I faced major issue with their flush unit/ toilet seat. that was very uncomfortable. I didn't liked their food at all. expensive , no taste . they never provided even a small single water bottle with lunch buffet. it was surprising for me. as experienced, in other 3 star 4 star 5 star hotels when we booked buffet, normally one or two water bottles used to place at table already. but they charged separately for water bottle with buffet with taxes.
location was not very good but good. for family with kids and elders it can be good option . safe, spiritual and positive environment . front desk is professional and responsive. ...I liked. overall i can say it was a good stay.

very Decent property with calmness in vrindavan. it's worth stay. food is great too.
near to prem mandir and iskcon temple. easily available autos outside of hotel..so not needed to walk much

Best location for premanandji maharaj Darshan at 2:15 am on gate of hotel Have a good cafe which is open till 3:00 am at a religious place like Vrindavan staff was very courteous having spacious room and best thing is that having space for parking

However, difficult to reach as lot of barricades- common people can’t reach.
