I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help with a smile. The location was convenient, making it easy to explore the area. Everything from check-in to check-out was smooth and enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and pleasant experience. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Hotel is in a great location, although we weren’t able to use the rooftop pool due to severe wind all day long, same for the beach. Staff was friendly, breakfast buffet was nice, although very crowded at some point of the mornings. Overall nice experience and great to be able to use movies in English on the TV. There were complimentary snacks on the day of arrival as per pictures and a drink per room booked.

Nice staff and a great location. However, the room felt a bit small, and the TV couldn't access Netflix, which was disappointing for a 4-star hotel. The breakfast offered a good variety of choices, but the swimming pool was quite small. That said, I have to admit that the staff were all very polite, especially the security guard outside and the bellman team, who were friendly and welcoming. The reception staff, however, could smile more and be a bit warmer in their interactions.

The first room they gave us on arrival overlooked a building site, wasn't particularly clean, and smelled of cigarette smoke. The staff were very friendly, and moved us to another room that was much nicer. Overall it was a beautiful room, and a very nice place to stay. It could do with some improvements regarding noise level though, as the construction next door is very invasive and the screams from the beach are very loud too. Overall the staff were what made this a nice stay. They were very friendly, helpful and genuinely wanted us to have a nice stay.
