The whole building (both outside and inside) has its own style, dating from Austro-Hungarian epoch and establishment of Smokovec as a resort. Nice service, really kind lady at the reception in Koliba Kamzik, wide choice at breakfasts. We arrived at 11pm and found cards at the safe outside the main entrance to the Villa. Generally positive impression. Cosy room, nice bathroom and music in the common parts.

Accomodation was really nice, modern rooms, very friendly and kind owners, great location, parking , bike storage with battery charging possibility. Small but cozy wellness. Big choice of modern and traditional gastronomy nearby. We had a great time here, we are surely coming back again.

The most beautiful historic villa and best place to stay in the Slovak Tatras! The new rooms are super, luxurious and fully equipped Very friendly and helpful hosts. Delicious and extensive breakfast, with optional supplements. Excellent base for exploring of the Tatras (but also the valleys). Also the train station (electric train) is very close by. Feels like coming home!!!

This place is perfect!!!! If I could give it 10 stars I would! We are on a 30 day Eastern European vacation. After 2.5 weeks of travel we were ready to relax and recharge our touring batteries. This place is in the Tatras mountains of Slovakia. Beautiful small mountain town. Quiet and peaceful. This is a beautiful 19th century Villa; clean, perfectly maintained, extraordinary attention to detail, modern, great breakfast and impeccable service! Marcin, the owner and Joseph were perfect hosts and ensured all of our requests were taken care of. I can’t say enough positive things about this place. By far the best place we have stayed at this trip. Thank you Marcin and Joseph for a wonderful weekend!

The best accommodation in High Tatras. Don’t look any further. Rooms are modern and very well equipped, breakfasts are delicious and the owner is the most welcoming and helpful person you can meet. The hotel is located in a quite part of Novy Smokovec, but is central to all the hiking trails.

Villa with history, friendly atmosphere, tranquil place. Beautiful and new design rooms. Great starting point for hikes and exploring the region. Smokovec has a good choice of restaurants with tasteful food. Highly recommended for visiting.
