Be careful with your money. Dont even leave it in the safe box. Take it with you at all times, otherwise some will be probably stolen. I forgot my wallet in the room and 50€ banknote was stolen. They paid me back after telling this matter to the manager. They can open safebox too so dont use it. Staff is unresponsive. You need to ask multiple times for them to finally bring you stuff. We didnt have safebox, fridge, cups etc. All other things in this hotel were ok. Hotel needs renovation but if youre not very fancy then your stay will be fine.

We had to have our rooms changed because at first room the toilet wasn't working, there was no refrigerator, shower knob was broken. At second room there were bugs and visible bite marks from them when you wake up at morning. Since the hotel was so horrible we decided to change for 4 days. When we came back for our last night there had been no room service. The rooms were just as messy as we had left them.

Good hotel love the experience and the staff is so friendly and they give us a great first impression also the beach view is so good the hotel has a big parking place and work gym I recommend this cause everything is so good just feel right Thank you

Garden view room comes with train noises! Hotel room was filled with little ants so don't leave anything eatable there. Toilet water button was very hard to push. Even we asked for clean towels every day during our stay there, the new towels were not very clean-it was not clear if they were washed or just dried. Our group also experienced some things gone missing from rooms. We had an sweet treat in the fridge-it went missing after the room cleaning. In other room a person had 600 rupeed next to computer-it was taken away. In the next room halp bottle on whiskey was taken away from the fridge and also 60 english pounds from the lock box. The breakfast was so-so, dinner was quite good. Overall-the hotel is quite new but it is not using it's true potential - Spa, rooftop restaurant and other restaurant is closed, room is little tired. Poolside was okay but if you plan to go to sea-be warned as the waves are high and locals try to sell you everything all the time.

The room beds are so comfy, ocean water is so clean, not a lot of tourists wich is good cause you can relax and chill, staff so friendly, all the food is so tasty you can find what you want, also supermarket and souvenier shops are 7mins away with a tuk tuk, i recomend this cause everything is so good just feels right

Hotel pluses: Very friendly and good hotel staff. They let people bring their own drinks and brought them glasses and ice cream. The room with a sea view was normal, comfortable bed, nice food. Hotel minuses: First if all the hotel does not match the photos. From the pictures tou can see that The hotel has a view of palm trees and a sea view, but it is actually overgrown with shrubs, the palm trees are cutting and the sea view is not even visible through the overgrown shrubs. Bad location. The hotel is untidy and dirty. Sewage leaking in the middle of the hotel's lawn. Beach towels are collected after the day, not washed but dried, and given to customers the next morning. Rooms are not cleaning. Every day something keeps breaking or not working. If you ask to fix- they agree but do nothing. In general, I understand that Asia has different standards and procedures, but the hygiene here is very deplorable. The beach are not comfortable and very unsightly.I will never come back to this hotel.;) Every day russian music. No another music only russian.

Very enjoyable stay. All the staff were really helpful and welcoming. The room was spacious with nice views from the balcony over looking the sea view . The restaurant was great, again very clean and the food was excellent.

I liked this hotel. The staff is very kind and polite. The room is cleaned every day. The food is very tasty. Special thanks to the restaurant team. They do everything to please their guests. I will back again.
