Out of the city. More convenient if you have a car. Dated but room is renovated. Lovely view of Saikazaki from my room. The onsets are good.The meals were simple but very good. We are seated in a private room. Enjoyed the stay. Good value for money. They can speak some simple English

Overall not good value for money /experience for the family in this hotel. - Staff was not very helpful and didn't care about the guests' needs. We just arrived after a long & weary drive to the hotel when we were asked to reply immediately upon check-in when we would like the room to be cleaned the next day. I replied the staff 11:00 (because our baby needed more sleep), but he hinted our reply should be no later than 10:00 even though we were still gonna stay for one more night. The hotel ended up just left a plastic bag of amenities in front of our room door and didn't make up the room. - Even though I remarked 2 adults + 1 baby in my booking, I was presented a confirmation during check-in for one room for 3 adults. - There was nil shower facility in the guest room, so I had to bring my baby to the hotel's hotspring area just to take a bath, both of us naked in the cold weather.

Nine years ago, I visited here once, and I never expected to stay in the exact same room nine years later. The location and surroundings are excellent, the service quality is outstanding, and the food is superb. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality this time.

Very nice hotel, love the facilities so much Esp the free massage chair n lounge area, felt very cozy We miss the welcome drink at 9pm. Understanding that it can’t redeem back, it’s good to have a option for client , like swap with soft drink etc Overall hotel staff are nice n attentive, food quality is good also

We were a group of four girls! The location was great, and the weather was clear, allowing us to see a beautiful sunset. The ocean was right outside the window, creating an open and airy space. The food was excellent, both breakfast and dinner! Our room was pink and had cute wallpaper! This is an inn we would definitely like to stay at again if we have the opportunity. Thank you very much.
