The hotel location is well place 15min from city with uber. Room was spacious, clean and bed comfey. No laundry service but Laundromat is close by. Overall we enjoyed the comfort. Staff very helpful and smiling

An unexpected upgrade after another establishment cancelled last minute turned into a lovely surprise with my stay at this charming hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful with the manager Zoe getting special mention for going above and beyond. Will definitely stay again when provided with the opportunity and I recommend others to choose this place. They won’t regret it

The price/performance ratio is average, and the service is average. There are conference rooms, bars, and restaurants, but parking spaces are very tight during events.

Very good facilities especially very good wifi, while very few hotels have tubes, especially different nationality personnel, can see their country tube.Quiet environment, clean, with Bao Nong underground parking. Convenient transportation, food should be good because the restaurant is very crowded, so only eat McDonald.I highly recommend this hotel.

Just one night, but a welcome reprieve after travelling. Really appreciated the kettle with tea/coffee sachets and cute little biscuits. Had a mini fridge. Loved the cosy two-seater couch near the window. Also had a table and chairs. Had a great sleep and enjoyed my stay!

Large , newly renovated modern rooms with bar fridge & tea/coffee making facilities. Plenty of onsite parking & close to a number of cafe/restaurants.
