The hotel rooms and facilities are very basic, the cleanliness is basically OK, nothing fancy, the price/performance ratio is OK for LA, free parking, no breakfast included, just like a normal motel

Location of the hotel is ok, opposite the gas station, lots of parking spaces, far from the center, windows cannot be opened, very noisy, clean, refrigerator/microwave/coffee machine/iron

The property manager/owner was very attentive. I had a problem with the toilet and he gave me a plunger late at night. I do wish the walls were more insulating and quieter. The room was sufficient for the price in the LA area. There are no homeless camps around it which is a huge plus. The floor could be cleaner, I understand it is a popular place to stay for the price and safety factor. The staff are great! I love that they have someone available all the time.
