Manor House London

Stayed here and thought it was fine. It is a hostel but I didn’t find it dirty. Shared kitchen and living space were clean and everyone was nice. There is parking right in front (the he courtyard) and we didn’t have an issue. I guess my expectations were low but considering the price I’m not complaining.

It was ok, clean enough but no car parking, and when they say the car parking available is 15 minutes away, it’s more like 30. Evening meal was nice, breakfast basic, that’s all I can say really, I probably wouldn’t stay there again, the location isn’t good.

This is not a hotel but as somebody else said earlier, it's more like a hostel. The room we were given was tiny. The walls, skirtings and doors were filthy. The bathroom was also tiny. In fairness, the toilet and tiny sink were reasonably clean, the shower not so clean. The white bedding looked reasonably clean but the duvet and pillows underneath were disgusting. The headboard was full of stains! Window faced a wall, so no view whatsoever. As someone said, it was claustrophobic and felt like a prison cell. The whole house smelled of **** and very noisy. Talking at 3am, doors banging and showers going in the middle of the night meant we barely slept at all. Girl sat at reception when we left at 11am was wrapped in a duvet, so unprofessional! Do not stay here. Although it was only £70 for the night (cheap for London) we still felt like we'd been robbed of our money as the photos looked nothing like the reality!

We spent here 5 nights, despite the average of equipment, the staff here was very kind and helpful, quiet rooms, big yard. Near the underground station, quiet neighbourhood. The hotel is easy to find. I recommend.

Awful! Run down, dirty, noisy hotel with broken shower. Tiny prison room with no hairdryer but a pack of condoms in the drawer! Do NOT stay here. I stayed for one night and changed hotels as felt grubby and unsafe here.

This hotel was everything a trade wants from their accommodation, the rooms were comfortable, good shower , quiet and clean. The added bonus of cooking facilities and a good lounge / dining area meant we didn’t have to eat out which can be expensive. There is also a nice garden to sit and have a beer after a hard day. Parking is never a problem , as the street parking is free between 4pm till 10am next day. Tv in the room had Netflix. Thomas was a brilliant part of the team and became I would think of him more as a friend now than a receptionist. On the whole the place was excellent, can’t thank the team enough for making our six weeks there so enjoyable. The only negative I could find was that my beer went missing from the fridge ( first world problems ! )
