Was an amazing stay children loved it .
Easy to everything , Will note you have to use a lift for your car so be prepared as it’s tight .
Also left an email regarding some hair straighteners left so would like them back

Staff are okay. But they gave my family a wrong room type (suite vs superior room). My family member did not realize until they talk to me the next day. This is not acceptable as their explanation is overbooked and just randomly gave them a room.

Location is good because it is very near to Stratford Station - direct train to Heathrow Airport.
Guest room is clean and contemporary. Comfy bed and Air-conditioning works well.
They also provide shampoo and shower gel with good scent.
The only improvement is the staff service at the counter as they are quite cool yet the housekeeper service is really nice and helpful!

This hotel is very well located right by the Stratford station, which is great for getting round central London without paying the high hotel prices. That said, this place was very expensive for a 3-star hotel and not the best experience.
The rooms are ok but quite small, and the area is loud - packed your earplugs. The mattress was too soft for my liking. We stayed for 3 nights but the daily cleaning service wasn’t very comprehensive, often just making the bed, dropping off towels but not cleaning very well.
We’ve stayed at other Moxys in other countries and this was probably the worst, though it wasn’t completely bad. The staff were nice, and the common area downstairs is nicely designed.

This review is based on the price point and the value provided .
The comms from the property were excellent , check in was very straight forward and easy , upon arrival the room was in excellent condition and very clean.
The room itself is small but comes with a kitchen , at the price this was very acceptable , considering the proximity to the tube . You can be in central London within 10-15 mins and the olympic park is also very close.
This is an excellent option for travellers on a budget needing a base to explore London . It is not the fault of the property , but the close proximity to street level makes it a bit difficult for light sleepers and we could hear every movement of the noisy guests above us.
Overall a very nice stay , thanks to the property for their efforts.

The location of the hotel is okay, but it's not easy to find. I went to the wrong place while carrying 4 big boxes, so I found the second hotel. Although they are not far apart, it is really inconvenient to have a lot of luggage. The rooms are average and the lighting is a bit weird and purple.
There is no internet in the room.
