Nice service apartment, very good location drive to wanaka three just 5mins

The room is clean and cutlery and utensils are spotless. Near the town centre, easy to get food. There is a stream behind the room. Lovely. Room is spacious. There is free Netflix in the room. Will definitely recommend.

Great location, and the lawn and creek behind the room are a lovely bonus.

It is close to the lavender farm, the puzzle world, also close to the lake and the restaurant. One good hotel option.

The hotel is a converted old house, and the building itself is very beautiful. The downsides are that the building is indeed old, and the soundproofing is poor; footsteps are very noticeable if you stay on the first or second floor. The curtains clearly haven't been cleaned in a long time. Being on the street, it's affected by passing cars, although there aren't many cars at night. There's a microwave, kettle, and countertop, but no cooking utensils or stove. The ceiling is very high, and the light above the bed is a bit uncomfortable. There's a bathtub, which is very clean, but the toiletries smell bad. When I checked in, there was a leak above the toilet. It couldn't be repaired at the time, and the staff said they'd asked the Chinese owner if they could move me to another room at the owner's motel. I said it was too late and I really didn't want to change rooms, so they gave me 30 NZD as compensation. I suggest choosing carefully, as there are many old houses along the west coast…

Location: Not by the lake, but very close to the food truck area, just around the corner. Popular slow-cooked beef and lamb, and bagels are all within a two- or three-minute walk. Walk along the road in front, passing various shops, and you'll reach the lake in ten minutes – very convenient. A small stream flows in front, and ducks roam the lawn. All rooms have balconies, and the ground floor is a lawn. The rooms are spacious with high ceilings. Children love this accommodation. Parking is allocated by room number and is ample. The front desk has closing hours; please contact them in advance if you are arriving late.

It's a 5-minute drive from the Lonely Tree, or a 25-minute walk (according to navigation). The environment is quite nice.

Facilities: Very new, all the appliances worked perfectly. The kitchen was truly well-equipped. I was so happy to finally be able to cook my own meals! I was completely satisfied. I cooked beef, mutton, seafood, and ramen noodles, and the next morning I made dumplings. I hadn't eaten so full in ages! It was a relief for my Chinese stomach. The bathtub even had a massage—super comfortable. Cleanliness: Very clean, which is my biggest concern. I was very satisfied and felt at ease staying here. Environment: A very quiet place with decent ambiance. The view is a little less impressive due to the low location, but you can still see the beautiful snow-capped mountains in the distance in the early morning. It's very friendly for self-drive travelers. There's ample free parking, and each car is parked right in front of your room. The ground-floor rooms have a patio for relaxing, which is very comfortable. Service: Very good. There was a minor glitch at the front desk when we were new to the hotel, but the next morning, a Chinese staff member promptly addressed the issue. Communication was very smooth, and it was completely resolved. Excellent. This room was the most comfortable stay of this trip.

A very cozy motel-style hotel. The upstairs loft has a king-size bed and a twin bed, while the downstairs bedroom also has a king-size bed and a twin bed. The living room has two double sofas and a single sofa. A three-seater sofa would be great for lounging. A particularly nice feature of the hotel is the ski drying room, which is so convenient for storing skis to prevent them from rusting, and you don't have to carry them upstairs. 👍 The walk to the lakefront car park is 450 meters by shuttle bus, but I personally walked for 6 minutes carrying skis and shoes.

This room type is on the second floor of the hotel, and there's no elevator. Carrying several suitcases up the narrow external stairs was quite a challenge. Furthermore, there's construction next door, resulting in considerable dust and noise. It's not worth the price.
