More than a 5 star hotel. 

Honestly everything for our stay was perfect, from the location to the fact a taxi can come to the doorstop, to the breakfast they kindly included for free for 7 days!!! The hotel is beautiful and clean, everything in the room works perfectly and everything is provided, from a hairdryer to tooth brushes to comb to body lotion, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel.. the list goes on. 

I came to stay with my mum and I have to say the best thing about the hotel is the staff. The reception staff was kind, friendly and so helpful at all hours. I cannot thank you enough for making the trip so nice for me and my mum. I felt like I had a friend in Beijing who I could message on wechat and I asked so so many questions and always got the most helpful responses, from searching for tickets for me to helping me find restaurants. 

I almost forgot to mention the breakfast staff, who were kind and friendly and explained the ingredients to us, and cook making fresh food!

I absolutely love this hotel! It's modern, trendy, clean, convenient, comfortable, and the staff are incredibly friendly. The location couldn't be better – Metro Line 3 is just a hundred meters away, and Wanda Plaza's Gate 3 is practically on its doorstep! A definite highlight for me was the gym; it's spacious and equipped with excellent facilities. We will certainly be booking this hotel again!

Unexpectedly good, the superior room I booked was upgraded for free, the front desk was polite, enthusiastic and thoughtful. The room was very clean, reasonably arranged and comfortable, the TV had a projection screen, the smart guest control was also easy to use, and it was very convenient to order takeout with an automatic robot to the door. Zongzi was also given when I checked out, I will come again next time
Facilities: There is a book bar in the lobby, with a small but fine selection of books, everything you want to read, rich and varied breakfast, and very healthy, nutritious and satisfying, the laundry room has washing and drying machines, and the gym is fully equipped
Environment: The surrounding area is very good, convenient transportation, and the room has a wide view
Service: polite, enthusiastic, professional, and humanized

The hotel is reasonable and value for money.  However there is no phone in the room. 
A shocking incident happened with me.  I was fast asleep and someone starting knocking at the door at 2am. When I checked thru the peephole it was hotel staff asking me to open the door.  When I asked why, he typed on the phone(can't speak English) that I was making too much noise.
When I opened the door and he saw that i was sleeping and couldn't have been making noise he just walked off.  
This was a very shocking and disturbing incident and would love for the hotel to clarify

Environment: very good, there is a KFC hot pot restaurant next to it, the hotel's internal environment is clean, the bedding is particularly comfortable
Room type: quite large, very comfortable to live, dry and wet separation
Facilities: The newly opened hotel is very new, very clean, with a gym and laundry room restaurant with a wide variety of food
Service: The front desk lady is very good and very warm, the experience is really good

The location is close to Nanchang West Station and subway station. Excellent location! The breakfast has many varieties and tastes good! There are sanitary dead corners in the room. The bathroom has a bit of a peculiar smell. The front desk staff is nice! But there was a construction site next to it, and it started at 5:30 in the morning. I called 12345. I changed rooms the next day and it was comfortable!

The room was very spacious and clean, and the hotel itself felt quite new. While the front desk staff's attitude was just average, the housekeeper who cleaned our room during our three-night stay was incredibly warm and welcoming. She always greeted us whenever we met and would ask if we needed anything. I honestly feel that, compared to other hotels in the same price range, this one completely surpassed them in every aspect, with the only minor drawback being its slightly less convenient location. Oh, and the breakfast, though not offering a huge variety, still provided enough options to choose from.

The room was spotlessly clean, which perfectly met the high standards of someone with a slight germophobia like myself. The hotel facilities are brand new, as expected from a recently opened establishment.

Upon check-in, I initially had a moment of concern because my room's window faced the street. As a light sleeper, I naturally worried about potential noise. However, once the window was closed, it was surprisingly quiet, and I experienced no street noise at all during my sleep.

The hotel was fully equipped with all the essentials, including a Xiaodu voice-controlled smart assistant and a TV with screen mirroring capabilities. Beyond its newness, the hotel's excellent location was a major draw. It's just a short walk to the Xinjiankou food district, where I indulged in countless local delicacies like Pidu Noodles, crab roe soup dumplings, and roast duck – I was absolutely stuffed!

My only minor complaint is that the welcome fruit was a bit subpar; the tangerines were soft and squishy. I couldn't help but wonder if that's a 'Nanjing tangerine specialty' – I certainly didn't risk eating them!

On a highly positive note, the lovely front desk staff, especially one particular lady, was incredibly welcoming and polite from the moment I checked in. Even after I checked out, she proactively contacted me after discovering I'd forgotten my pajamas and arranged to have them shipped back to me. This level of thoughtfulness was truly exceptional. I will definitely be staying here again on my next visit.
