I think that I was the very first foreigner to stay at this hotel. Because of this, it took almost two hours to check in. The staff kept apologizing about it, but with a little patience, I helped them lean how to check in foreign travelers. The room was very nice, and everything was good in the room. The breakfast in the morning was OK, but I have definitely had better at other hotels. If you go to Wannian, I definitely recommend this place!

這家酒店太棒啦！一進大堂，温馨氛圍撲面而來。房間佈置精緻，乾淨又舒適。工作人員熱情禮貌，響應迅速。周邊交通便捷，吃喝玩樂一應俱全，強烈推薦大家來這兒入住！

訂的是花園房，但衹有一個房間外邊是圖5的人造花園，剩下2間，窗外就是牆，與預訂不符，懶得找前台，一個房間的電話線是壞的，電視遙控器沒有電池，吹風機是壞的（也不是戴爾的），杯子蓋是壞的，還有茶漬，馬桶縫裡還有尿漬，管理上細節上，衞生上還要加強。
停車場在酒店後邊，免費停車，挺大的，但是拿行李有點遠。
門縫太大，樓道一直亮着燈，半夜還有人大聲説話。
前台服務員服務熱情，
早餐特別棒，這是我唯一滿意的，挑不出毛病的，希望堅持。
價格不貴，周邊購物，公園都不遠，街道沒那麼多車 很安靜

一進房間，就能感受到酒店的高品質。房間裏配備的咖啡、咖啡機、製冰機和飲水機，都是高檔貨。想喝咖啡時，用咖啡機現磨一杯，香氣瞬間瀰漫整個房間，疲憊感也隨之消散。對了，房間裏還貼心準備了養生茶，喝上一杯，暖身又暖心。
酒店的公共區域同樣令人驚喜。健身房器材齊全，滿足各種鍛鍊需求，揮灑汗水超暢快。洗衣房更是驚艷，足足有10套洗衣機和烘乾機，完全不用為洗衣發愁，而且每一處都打掃得一塵不染，細節之處盡顯品質。
酒店的工作人員服務意識也很強，從前台辦理入住到客房服務，每位服務員都熱情周到，耐心解答各種問題，素質非常高，真不愧是星級酒店的服務標準。
早餐的體驗也很棒，種類豐富，中西式美食應有盡有，每一道都做得精緻又美味，開啟活力滿滿的一天。
