Wanning Ruisixuan Holiday Apartment (Shenzhou Peninsula)

The hotel location is far from the actual location! The customer service reply positioning is the front desk positioning, not the actual location! The actual location is extremely remote, extremely inconvenient to travel, and there are no supporting facilities in the surrounding area. It is nearly three kilometers away from the seaside! Fortunately, we are driving by ourselves, otherwise we would not be able to take a taxi! In addition, who would have thought that two rooms booked in the same hotel are actually in two different communities nearly half an hour's walk away. Friends and family are traveling together, but they can't visit each other! The health situation is even more worrying! After staying for three days and four nights, the house was not cleaned at all, not even the trash can was cleaned. The trash can was infested with insects and stunk! The used bath towels were not replaced and remained on the bathroom floor! If I hadn’t asked customer service to send some bath towels, there would have been no bath towels available at all! There is a lot of greenery in the community, there are geckos and cockroaches everywhere, and the remote location makes the experience very low! Because it was already five o'clock when we arrived at the hotel and my friend wouldn't arrive until eleven o'clock in the evening, and it was raining heavily at that time, I couldn't bear to check out! However, I strongly do not recommend this hotel, please avoid it!

The receptionist's attitude was very bad. We couldn't find the location of our hotel. Not only did no one come out to guide us, but they also replied: Other guests can find it! When the room was opened, there was a musty smell. There was mold on the windows and door handles in the room! The wind from the hair dryer is also very small. This is the worst hotel I have ever visited in Wanning! I really don’t know where the other good reviews came from.

The hygiene was worrisome. When I opened the drawer, I could still see the old owner’s pickled underwear. I wanted to add a quilt in the middle of the night and was notified that I had to leave work at 5.30 pm. The next day, it was even more exaggerated. There was a direct power outage from 9 am to 3 pm. It was so hot. We climbed down from the 22nd floor. Unbelievable.

Very bad, don’t come here 1. Door: The door sucker of the door is broken. When opening and closing the door, there will be a sound of the door sucker dragging on the ground (Figure 1). 2. Daily necessities: I only prepared the smallest bottle of water. Other than that, there was no drinking water. The disposable slippers were as thick as a piece of paper and could not be worn at all. 3. Toilet: When taking a shower, the floor drain does not drain water downwards at all, and it can cover the insteps in a short time. 4. Supplies: There were dirty things on the sheets. The customer service said they had been washed but they couldn’t be cleaned. After staying for two days, there were a lot of sheets piled up in the elevator. I don’t know what they were put there for. 5. Parking: Very inconvenient. The parking lot is very small. If you arrive late, you can only park in the public parking lot outside the community. It is very inconvenient to walk to the apartment. 6. On the morning of check-out, electric drills and electric saws started being used nearby at around 8 o'clock in the morning. It was very noisy and I couldn't sleep. I contacted customer service to no avail and no explanation was given as to the reason. The sea view is pretty, but I’m really not in the mood to live here.

房間在小高層的居民區裏，樓下就是商業，有租車的可以帶孩子在小鎮裏玩一下，也可以騎車。帶孩子在周邊逛，有很多好吃的。周圍有一種很安逸的感覺。看不到海。但是一家人在這邊居住還是比較方便的，有兩個卧室設施都比較新，很乾凈。什麼都有很全，也有洗衣機，有大陽台。

真的太喜歡這個房間了，老闆這邊純網上溝通，不會被打擾，房間離燈塔和粉紅沙灘都比較近，點外賣也很方便，好溝通

房間很大，很乾凈，能看到海景，前台服務人員態度很好哦，入住體驗非常舒適，超級推薦～😀

房間位置不錯 樓很高不會找錯 出門很多美食可供選擇 樓下還有個小童樂園 挺有人氣兒 陽台可以直接看到海 每天在房間都能看到玩摩託艇的人 整體還是很不錯滴
