4.7/5OutstandingAfter visiting Xinglong Botanical Garden, we thought the Hilton would be a nice, convenient option for staying nearby. The surrounding area is very tropical, with a beautiful lake view behind the hotel. The pools and hot springs were a great place to relax after a long day of exploring. Check-In went smoothly and the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room was comfortable and spacious, with a nice view of the garden and the lake. The buffet breakfast was very good. There were many different types of food available, accommodating both western and Chinese tastes. Overall, it was a great stay and I’d highly recommend staying here if you are in the area.

5/5PerfectAmazing stay, definitely recommended. The hotel is clean and the balcony is sweet with lake view. I had a lil injury when i surfed so i hardly walked, The staff were amazing, from front desk Ben Huang, Megan Yan, The doorman Mark Ma, been helping on different requests, the staff from restaurant, the house ladies (i don't know their name) showed lot of cares and helps.
