第二次入住，服務和設施沒得説，都挺好！這次被子還沒睡就是臟的要求換一床服務員説褪色了，白色也褪色？我不是挑剔的人，所以我也沒説啥，如果遇到不好的客人估計下次不會來了！客人衹要提出合理的要求就要滿足，換床被子我感覺不是很困難的事！

住過很多次了，感覺都不錯，但是這次真的過分了，我定的是30平方，1.8的床，給我的是20平方，1.5米的床，如果説是無意的，我真覺得不太可能，最後一次，以後不再來了，

酒店房間很好空間很大，設施設備都很齊全，真的是一家很不錯的酒店，在疲憊的旅途中那麼能放鬆身心，酒店工作人員服務態度都很好，很貼心，外賣到前台會幫忙送到房間，還會主動詢問要不要開發票，要不要洗衣服對客户來説是很貼心的舉動，房間設施設備都很齊全，是一處非常舒適的入住時間，距離古城很近。

訂的房間和到店的房間不符，換了幾次還是小房間，也不退差價，偶爾喇叭聲吵，早上出停車場還收費了。
