Claim to be pet friendly but charged a deposit and a pet fee because I have cats vs dogs. I’m a travel nurse and have been traveling with my cats for 10 yrs. If they were going to destroy a room I would stay at a La Quinta or Ref Roof Inn, not a room that costs $125 a night. My cats are registered emotional support animals, and unless I can make them perform a trick, then they charge you. This is the second time I’ve had this issue at Holiday Inn Express and Suites. This will be the last time I book with them and will continue to book with Hilton.
