Room was clean. Maid service was prompt and excellent. The Garden Cafe was extremely convenient for breakfast and an early start. The one complaint I have: we called the front desk to ask where the Ice machine was. We were told that they would send ice up to the room. The ice never arrived.

Just next to GWU, close to Lincoln memorial. Very good service.

The hotel is in a great location, close to the University of Washington and a ten-minute walk from the Lincoln Memorial Reflection Lake. The rooms are not big or luxurious, but the facilities are very clean and functional, and the shower water is also large.

The hotel is amazing, the kitchenette is fully equipped, the room is very large, the bed is very clean, there is a small dressing room, and the amazing thing is that they help wash the pots every day! The location is basically within walking distance of all attractions, I will stay here next time!

The room is spacious and has a kitchen with a microwave, gas stove, refrigerator, coffee machine, and all kinds of tableware. It is about 30 minutes' walk from the main attractions in Washington, and the White House is only 10 minutes away. We stayed for two nights and did not drive the car at all, just walking. One complaint is that the parking fee is too expensive, $48 a day. The nearby parking lot recommended by someone before, which costs $23 a day, does not allow hotel guests to park.

Very good hotel, but there is one thing I need to remind everyone. This hotel has two buildings, back to back, and the two lobbies of the hotel face different blocks. Without anyone notifying us, we walked into another building after returning from our trip. Did we feel like we had entered a parallel universe?
