Location is the best.  All staff are very polite and helpful.  This was my first time using Trip.com and everything was smooth and perfect.   Minor issues with the room were promptly corrected by the friendly staff.  I would like to give all 5 star, but just try to be accurate.

Poor experience.  Our reservation was cancelled according to concierge upon our arrival, took two hours for baggage to arrive to the room. Food was so delayed at restaurant, as a nursing mother I needed a refrigerator and it took 1.5 days to receive one. Very disappointing experience.

The service is average. The shower items are not updated in time. It is very close to the Tidal Basin. It is the best choice for viewing cherry blossoms. It only takes a few minutes to walk from the hotel. You can see the Jefferson Memorial in the room

The room was nice, but there was no coffee machine. Breakfast is more expensive, but feels relatively ordinary. Not worth it. The location is good, close to the pier, and there is a path leading directly to the pier.

The location is very good, and most scenic spots are within 2 kilometers. Although the hotel is a bit old, it still feels very tasteful. The service is a bit lacking. After the Amazon package arrived at the front desk, I asked twice and was told it was not available. Finally, I took a photo of the Amazon package and said it was found.
