Found bed bugs in room. Moved to another room and found bed bugs there too. Asked for refund and was fiven refund.

Staff is friendly. Only complaint is that the ice buckets are always dirty. They replaced it when asked previous times. This time we just made sure to use the plastic bag and that all ice cubes went inside of it.

Hands down amazing. Wonderful hospitality. I live in Florida and here for vacation to see family and I can say this hotel, although not a 4 star, has been better than most resorts in Florida.

Three day stay for a Conference. Rooms are very roomy and handicapped accessible in all areas, excellent design. Loved the Hot Tub/Pool for relaxing in evening. Breakfast in am is a nice touch, simple but nourishing. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great stay and affordable, good return on the dollar. Great eating place next door.

One of the rooms we had needed to be cleaned again. Check in staff was amazing, couldn't have been any nicer. When we checked out, he was rude. During breakfast as well. Breakfast was good!

Reservation wasn’t sent to the hotel some they did not have a room available. We had to book at a different hotel. The new hotel cost $100 and was not as nice or clean as the sleep in.

The property was undergoing some renovation, so it was a bit dusty--but the staff had let us know that and apologized. It wasn't bothersome.
Housekeeping could have been more attentive with soap, towels, cleaning.
