For the price it was amazing stay being able to cook a meal aswell and have everything you need was clean the staff where brilliant was in great location

Clean property. Comfy bed, though the pillows were like rocks. The rooms fit and finish was a bit tired and below average. The major problem we had was the room upon entering had the heat on and it was over 29 degrees. And it was a hot sunny day outside. It took forever to get the rooms temperature to a barely tolerable level. It was a very uncomfortable temperature through the night so sleep suffered.

A place in watford not to be missed. The apartment was spacious. The cleanliness was 10/10. The facilities were immaculate. The lady at reception, was so welcoming. She constant had a genuine smile on her face. I would definately pay again to stay there. Thank you Livin

Great room but needs air conditioning. To hot and each romm has its own boiler.

I was quite disappointed with the state of the room I had stayed in. It was like I had booked a budget b&b. There was a big water stain on the ceiling, a big cracked glass in one of the windows and the door lock for the room was missing a cover for a manual key so my partner did not feel very safe as she kept thinking someone could put a key in the lock and open the door. A big let down that the rooms have not been maintained to the level that they should be. Definitely not value for money.
