Anyone off the streets could just walk in as the doors to the outside had no locks smoking or non smoking the whole place smells of smoke after you leave so will your things

Saw a roach in the bathroom. A dead rat by the office. And the overall smell everywhere ******. Rooms are very outdated and kept badly. Towels were all stained and dingy.

The price was good only because I booked through ******* what I didn’t like was two of the three outside doors had no locks or latches and were sitting completely open to anyone off the streets to enter

Good location. Non smoking room was ok. The entire building had a very heavy cigarette smell. When I left, all my belongings smelled of stale cigarette smoke.

I’ll never stay here again. I left the room and when I got back I couldn’t get back into the room. Why?? Because someone was in it and had locked themselves in it. After a few tries of my door handle the door finally opened and out walked a female in her early twenties. She said “sorry”. I said “how did you get in here?” She said the door was unlocked. I know for a fact it wasn’t unlocked because I double checked before I left. She had rummaged around then just walked out the hotel. When I complained to front desk they apologized and said they’d look into it. To be fair the owners were courteous. The guy at the front desk asked if she was wearing a hoodie and a backpack so he recognized her. Never again!
