About this space
Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home. Three bedrooms- one king, one queen, and a room with bunk beds and a trundle. Less than a mile from historic downtown Waynesville, 20 minutes to Asheville, 10 minutes to the skiing and tubing resorts, 15 minutes to horseback riding, and 30 minutes to the casino and Western Carolina University. Dogs allowed with prior approval and small fee paid to host.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire house minus the basement. There is an in-law suite with a separate entrance to the basement with a fulltime tenant (who helps care for the yard etc). Neither has access to the other level.

House is great Neighborhood is not so great
The house was very nice, clean and well maintained. It had everything we needed including a cute Christmas Tree. The neighborhood was a little sketchy. Communication with the owner was excellent!

Great place
Very nice...neat and clean and walking distance to Waynesville. Pictures of view from house are a bit different from actual yard. Owner was very nice and accommodating. Recommend!

It was great!
The house was very nice. We had a couple small issues but they were corrected very quickly. We will definitely try to book here again if we bisit Waynesville again. I highly recommend this house?

Family time
If you love spending time with family and enjoy the time with them too I recommend this place we felt like we where in our own house everything we did we enjoyed the place is quiet warming and let’s you share memories you never expect We really enjoyed the stay at waynesville Mandy Thanks for everything and again thanks for letting us stay at your beautiful and warm house.
