I love to return to the Swan hotel. Love the location close to the lake with calm surroundings. Nice to have easy access to the nearby mall for late dinner.

Excellent service provided by staff. Special mention to security 李永柏 and 李文静 for their assistance. Location is beside the shopping mall. Room is big and clean. Buffet breakfast have wide variety. From counter checking in staff to housing cleaning staff, all have shown the excellent commitment to the customer. I was so happy to stay in this hotel and Will definitely back again

我們四個閨蜜專門去榮成看天鵝，在酒店入住了家庭套房三個晚上，酒店給了我們太多的驚喜，首先入住的房間可以看到櫻花湖上成片的天鵝🦢，景色太美了，周邊吃的也很多，酒店的服務太貼心温暖了，每天都有水果和點心，回到房間泡腳桶和葯包，蒸汽眼罩，護手霜以及姜棗茶都準備好了，好温暖，早餐也特別的豐富，坐在餐廳吃着早餐看着天鵝，好愜意，特別要感謝接送我們的酒店的司機師傅王華明和服務管家李文靜，服務太熱情周到了，臨走還給我們準備了路上吃的和熱水。下次等到春暖花開的時候，一定還要來入住這個酒店看櫻花。非常超值貼心的酒店。

房間挺大，位置非常好，西邊是櫻花湖，北邊是九龍城商場，吃飯購物非常方便，桌子椅子上有些落灰，大廳香味太濃了。有高鐵接送站服務，提前一天預約即可。

樓下就是九龍城潮街，繁華。有接送站服務，貼心。早餐豐富，配得上價位。孩子中暑，酒店幫忙提供葯品和冰糖，葡萄糖。在榮成能有這樣的服務，很是意外。房間臨街，個人感覺沒有影響休息，晚11點後就安靜了。感謝司機王華明接送，感謝管家李文靜的服務。值得推薦！
