Unbearably warm inside, despite it being winter. When I was checking in I was told the room can be cooled via AC (which is disabled and does not cool the room, only providing a slight breeze). I was also told that the room floor heating can be turned off. I asked them to do that - great, the room temperature dropped and it was fine. 20 minutes later it came back on and was unbearably hot again. Went to complain twice, they only turned it down by 1 or so degree each time. I could literally see the temperature of the room on the display, but they said it’s not accurate - which is nonsense, because the room felt just as hot. Finally, I tried to check out because it was so uncomfortable, and was told I’d get a 200 yuan charge. So, as promised, here is my review. LET GUESTS CHOOSE THEIR OWN COMFORTABLE LEVEL OF TEMPERATURE.
