Metropolo Jinjiang Hotels (Weihai ​​ Railway Station)

The hotel's location is great, right next to Weihai Station with its own private path leading out. It's also very close to Hanlefang, making it convenient for dining, entertainment, and shopping. The hotel offers free parking, and the front desk staff are very welcoming.

The hotel facilities are quite old, but the room was clean. Its main advantages are being very close to Weihai Station and within walking distance of Hanlefang. If you're particular about modern amenities, this hotel might not be for you.

Fantastic! There's both above-ground and underground parking, which is really convenient if you're driving. The front desk staff, especially the young man, was super enthusiastic. He even gave us a heads-up not to eat seafood that's not fresh or spicy. Our room was clean and spacious, and they even gave us a free upgrade, which was a very thoughtful touch.

The hotel's directions from Weihai Station on the sign are wrong because of road closures. After exiting, you need to go down the slope to the right and around, or search for 'Dingxin Building'. Overall, it's pretty good.

The customer service didn't reply to my WeChat messages. The environment was very mediocre, just an old hotel. I chose this hotel because it was close to the high-speed train station and Hanlefang, but I didn't expect that on my last night, the hallway lights were out and the green exit sign was constantly flickering. I tried contacting customer service via WeChat again, but got no response. I called the front desk and they said the electrician had already left and I'd have to wait 30 minutes for the security guard to come and check, but no one ever showed up to fix it. With this kind of service and environment, I'm truly speechless.

The hotel environment was quite average, and the room had a slight odor, but it was tolerable. However, the noise from the cleaning machine in the hallway right after check-in was really loud and significantly disrupted my rest.
