老酒店新裝修 星級設施 品質服務 管家服務很貼心 看到有長者孩子給多送了水和水果 很貼心 酒店設施也很完善 有泳池 健身設備也很專業 離店前又給了伴手禮！離九龍灣公園也不算遠，下海趕海也還方便，喜歡這樣的酒店 下次還來！

太喜歡滿意這家酒店了！七夕當天入住管家免費幫我們升級了商務套房，房間，酒店大堂都很乾凈！地理位置優越，打車方便，外賣還有機器人送上樓。酒店裡麪還有餐廳，價格實惠。第二天的早點高鐵酒店還幫我們預約車子，司機還很準時到達送我們過去！酒店的工作人員都很熱情服務態度很好。可惜行程太趕，不然肯定要繼續入住體驗！五星級好評！！！

酒店位置非常好，無論是去公園，還是去購物廣場，韓樂坊都非常便利。酒店內設施也很好，可以游泳，健身，吃自助餐，還有自行車可以租借。服務也是非常好，火車站接送，積極，熱情服務令人暖心。非常值得推薦。

這次入住的親子房遠超預期，絕對是帶娃家庭的福音，房間空間大，還有影音房，孩子喜歡的都不想出門。服務人員也特別友好，主動搬運行李，每天都會放置新鮮的水果。孩子回來後一直念念不忘，推薦給所有帶小朋友出行的家庭！

The room is spacious, bed is comfortable, shower is hot, the air conditioner is good, with speed and coolness control. The floor is carpeted so it feels less cold in winter. The lighting is bright and sufficiently installed throughout the room. The hotel is located just 10 mins walk to the adjacent "Nine Dragon" shopping mall where you can buy all sorts of groceries. The hotel has a heated Olympic-sized swimming pool and a good gym with all types of equipment. The hotel provided free bikes for Guest to cycle throughout the city. Good breakfast variety with all types of Chinese dish, fruits and even alcohol. The hotel service staff delivered fruits to every room and are detailed oriented to the point they open your door while you were still sleeping to place it inside the room. This was the 2nd time I stayed in this hotel and can see the same hotel staff, meaning a strong employee retention by the hotel.
