來威寧旅遊，在攜程上看到這家酒店，裝修風格是我喜歡的，果斷下單，入住後果然沒讓我失望，很乾凈，很温馨，退卻了一身疲憊，投影效果很好。推薦！！！下次還來

一是酒店及周邊環境很差；二是酒店設施老舊，房間很悶很熱，空調開不起冷風，跟給前台打電話反饋，也沒有處理，房間窗簾一點不遮光；三是酒店車庫出入口是一個應該有45°的斜坡，車開進去再出來還差點沒起來到，硬爬坡把車開出去，輪胎都磨出焦味了，辦入住的時候前台也沒有提醒一下，我們去反饋的時候，酒店前台還好意思説有很多客人都反饋過，很多客人反饋，你倒是整改阿！四是服務態度一點不好！洗面奶掉在酒店了，喊他們幫忙喊個快遞到付，摸索了兩三天才回覆寄出來（期間打過很多次電話，其中兩次還沒接電話，也沒回電話）。
