這個價格物有所值，就在巍山古城旁邊，停車方便，出門就是古城。雖然房間設施有點老了，而且沒有電梯，但是住的安靜。不過除夕前一天下午工作人員在停車場用水管沖洗地面，對着我的輪胎和車底沖洗，我説可不可以順便用你的水管沖一下車子呢？工作人員説，不行，我們老闆不允許的。其實就是把水管龍頭稍微抬高一下就可以的。
這也是酒店格局不夠，被扣分的一個原因吧。

賓館有自有停車場，停車還算方便，但小吃節期間停車位非常緊張。房間設施一般，陳舊。小院裏環境不錯，入住期間玉蘭花開了，很漂亮。

每次來巍山都住新賓館，價格便宜，性價比高，停車非常方便，離拱辰樓很近。巍山是個很休閑的地方，每次來都隨便閑逛，吃吃美食，找個地方喝喝茶，真的很喜歡

酒店位置優越，距離拱辰樓衹有幾十米，房間乾淨整潔，服務熱情周到，周邊商業配套成熟，餐飲、景點眾多，每棟樓都有一個小挺遠，可以休息、聊天，性價比很高，值得推薦！

房間是很有年代感了，床及傢俱布草陳舊，衞生馬虎。但洗澡水熱且大，洗澡間是改造過的，小院停車方便，就在古城中間，去哪個景點都近。仁者見仁 智者見智吧。
設施：洗澡間可以，其它陳舊
衞生：相當馬虎，桌子都擦不乾淨
環境：好。小院不錯
服務：可以吧

怎麼説呢，衞生真的一塌糊塗，古城住的人多，能理解，但是這麼搞衞生也不至於把，入住人多，和搞衞生不應該沖突吧，古城不止一家酒店，但是這家真心沒辦法，有圖有真相自己看吧。方便之處是可以停車！別的沒辦法評價了！
