地理位置：11-14號院距離鹿場一公里多點，不如鹿場旁的房型方便。設施：捨不得安空調，房間裏冷的像冬天，被子潮乎乎的，提前打開電褥子幾個小時，身體是暖和了，臉涼的受不了。11號房的馬桶漏水，一晚上都能聽見波紋管呲水的聲音。下水道巨反臭，娃娃一進屋子就喊着好臭然後乾嘔。房間大門異音巨大，像**的奸笑聲，門下縫隙大的能塞進去一根手指，晚上就從門縫往屋子裡灌風。早餐：村頭農家樂的花捲和一點點涼菜，四個大人兩個小孩捨不得給吃，第一次拿了六個花捲，一個月牙形狀的盤子裏盛了點小菜，問有沒有雞蛋，他説要雞蛋就少一個肉菜……洋葱拌點碎雞肉算一個肉菜？吃完了還給我們説中文要是吃飯來她家農家樂吃，我瘋了嗎還去你家，商家吃相不要太難看！鄉村振興搞旅遊業是好事，但不是騙幾個外地人去做冤大頭，如果堅持這種態度還不整改早晚玩完……訂房前看到的差評還以為是他們太挑剔，結果發現是我自己**不信評論。能讓我認真寫差評的，你是第一家，厲害👍

先説房間，前台沒人，打電話聯繫後民宿管理才到，14點到的酒店，上一個客人房間還沒收拾好，無語的是上一個客人在衞生間留下的翔還在，入住時説是水管壞了，在搶修，我們就入住了，最後等到18點水還是很小，並且渾濁，酒店管理説給我們換到下面的別墅，多麼多麼好，價格還高，好像我們佔了便宜，其實就是村名的民房改的，住小鹿山房就是想一早起來看山看鹿，浪費大量時間，小鹿山房和所謂的別墅距離2.6公里，再説環境，山裡很涼快，風景很美，民風淳樸，希望做好服務，加強管理！

老闆人很熱情，我們早到了，因為下雨，老闆同意我們提前入住，我們自己帶了燒烤的爐子和物品，在房間的小陽台自己燒烤，很舒服很安靜，旁邊就是梅花鹿的參觀園，房間的暖風機很給力，還有電熱毯，一點也不會冷。唯一就是衞生間和洗浴室，衞生間有點漏水，容易滑倒，所以沒辦法我們拿浴巾鋪在了地上，洗浴室的下水堵塞很嚴重，水下不去，全是灰塵和泥浮在水面，我們自己把板子抬起來放的水。

本次入住主要看到該景區民宿唯一性就考慮入住，從一開始預訂成功就事故不斷。1.在已確定預訂成功後到出發前一天該民宿工作人員居然自行將我預訂成功房間通過系統發送訊息顯示勸我取消，並在我不知情的情況下顯示稱與我與溝通過，經過我再三確定酒店工作人員説沒問題可以入住。2.入住發現辦理check in的前台和下榻房間距離很遠超過一公里也沒有提前提示，導致一家老小拖着行李反覆折騰。3.到下午的快三點半了入住房間發現還在打掃衞生，房間內衞生不敢恭維。4.三點半提前點的餐將近18:00才送到，378的套餐大家自己看吧，中間還拉下三個菜，吃完了再提示下才送來。5.房間衞生間整晚滴水不斷，空調吹出來很大的異味。6.作為基本的洗漱來説水龍頭出來的事黃色的水，怎麼洗的大家可以腦補。7.配套的網絡、電視都是壞的、洗浴設備臟的不能看。

小院左邊有座小山，鬱鬱葱葱，房間很涼快，太陽落山可以在院裏喝喝茶。車可以開到院門口。民宿有餐廳，味道尚可。房間設施齊全，民宿人手不多，節奏稍慢，但已盡力做好，服務態度都不錯。晚上沿着村間小道散步，別有一番愜意。早起發現🔑一晚沒拔，安全係數相當高啊。
