I have never encountered a hotel with such poor service. It actually made the list of the best service hotel for a certain group. There really is no one else! We arrived at around 2 o'clock in the morning. When we arrived, we encountered this waiter who was listless and looked disdainful, as if he owed you something. We told him, "Sorry for disturbing your rest." The result was a blank stare! Then there was no interaction along the way, how to tell which floor the breakfast is on, what the WIFI password is, etc., not even the most basic service terms! I extended my room the next day and encountered something even weirder! I stayed at the front desk for at least 2.3 minutes, and the waiter was actually watching the ** live broadcast, and then used the computer to pretend that I was invisible! Finally, I got really impatient with waiting, so I asked him, "Can't you see the guest standing there for so long?" What do you think she said? Didn't you see that I was getting information? Oh, your attitude is true! Already blocked and will never live!

1. The hardware is in good condition, and it is very new with smart voice. 2. There are no children’s toothbrushes and slippers in the parent-child room. 3. Breakfast is a simple meal. 4. The periphery of the hotel is still under construction.

The front desk service is average, the environment in the room is very good, very smart and convenient. The surrounding environment is too noisy, the siren and KTV singing can be heard clearly, and the others are very good!

Staying at this hotel for the second time, the hotel is relatively new, but there is no peculiar smell, it is clean, comfortable, and the price is relatively moderate. It is a relatively good hotel in the area of Pocheng Park in Weiyuan. It is highly recommended.

大年三十最糟糕的一次入住體驗，第二條最惡劣，希望能引起酒店管理方的關注並改善 1、早上一大早本想睡個懶覺，但被走道里持續不斷的聊天吵醒，房間也不隔音，導致無法繼續睡 2、8點左右走到餐廳，餐廳衹有兩位就餐，我就給圖片中的阿姨説煮碗麪，結果阿姨説今天沒有面，我詢問説以前有怎麼今天沒有呢？阿姨説現在正在煮湯圓，如果要吃可以一鍋煮，還給我説要吃湯圓就一起，不要一會兒等煮完了再説要吃，我説那就不用煮我的了，我就在旁邊隨意取了些其他的早餐，吃的過程中發現阿姨和餐廳那兩位吃湯圓的客人原來很熟悉（具體是是不是酒店的領導關係不詳），到這個階段我都覺得沒什麼問題，緊接着餐廳來了一位男士，直接取了餐順便給阿姨説了一聲，給我小孩煮碗麪，阿姨還問是否要端到樓上房間去（具體關係不詳，但肯定是熟悉的人），那位男士説不用了。此刻我有點尷尬！剛剛不是説今天沒有面嗎？怎麼一個小孩子要吃麪就有，並且還問是否端到樓上房間去，前兩分鐘還告知我衹有湯圓沒有面，然後阿姨看我看着她順便也問我要不要煮碗麪，我説可以（因為還是很想吃一碗威遠的麪），其他我也沒説什麼，大過年的沒必要再去問其中的太多緣由，但問題是這種被區別對待的服務真的太誇張了，希望未來其他住客不要再被酒店方的工作人員區別對待，也希望酒店管理方能換位思考被嚴重區別對待的這種感受，千萬不要再遇到吃碗麪還要靠關係、或是靠運氣…..

嚴重差評，最開始在**預訂的，然後到店前台説**價格太低了，不得行，讓重新預訂，攜程價格要比**貴20左右，感覺有點坐地起價的感覺。

公司出差，晚餐結束後就近遇到這家店就住下了，衞生乾淨，配套齊全，住着舒適。房間贈送了早餐，出行離高鐵站打車10來分鐘，也非常方便

週六去的房間安排的走廊盡頭，沒有説任何情況，週日早上，8:20就被外面裝修鬧醒後根本睡不着，和酒店溝通多次，回覆：不是酒店範圍，無法管理，讓保安去交涉也沒有結果，一直吵到中午退房的時候，在房間裏打電話基本靠吼，謝謝免費鬧鐘。

很少給差評，實在不能忍了 辦入住的時候覺得酒店裝修設施都還行，性價比挺高，結果晚上樓板不間斷傳來拖拉重物的噪聲直到一兩點！堵住耳朵都沒法睡！早上八點就不知道哪裡開始裝修，巨大的噪聲 又捶又鋸 躺着都能感到床在共振！退房直接神經衰弱 一棟樓裏不止有這個酒店 觀察了下可能是樓下商場裝修 這陣仗短期肯定是裝不完的 怕吵的千萬別訂
