I have stayed at countless hotels in over 10 countries. This is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. They have the nicest most accommodating staff I’ve ever met. They were happy to help with anything we asked for. They even got my wife a cake for her birthday! The hotel was spotless, with a nice modern design. The food was great, wonderful views for photos. We look forward to staying at this hotel again!!

服務真的是超級超級好，有任何需要隨叫隨到。每天都有下午茶和晚安燉品這種模式讓人特別舒服享受，mini bar飲料暢飲！
有一天的下午茶是瑞士捲特別美味 我誇讚了一下 客服馬上又送來兩塊，好快樂，早餐也特別美味！
我們住的是畫中有畫套房特別大，景色也是無敵的！
總之住了兩天超級享受和快樂，還會再來哦

篩選很久選擇潿洲島這家酒店，被他的景色迷住了，看日落超級美拍照挺出片，管家服務都很好隨叫隨到還有接送服務選擇在鯨現住一晚，絕對是物有所值!特別適合適合追求浪漫與靜謐的旅行者!房間中擁有無遮擋的壯闊海景，睜眼就能看到大海!尤其推薦頂層的無邊泳池一蔚藍池水與天空無縫銜接，彷彿置身“天空之城”!

整個建築非常有特色，房間的設計感十足，露台就是海天一色，小冰箱的飲料都是進口的，可以連接馬歇爾音響再泡個澡，私密性也強，還有傍晚的無邊泳池，可以很好的享受，這次剛好老公生日，店家還給我備了一個大大蛋糕，幫我一起給驚喜，全程都是微笑服務，很温馨，下次一定還會選擇這裏的。
小小的缺陷，隔音效果差點，不過影響不大
潿洲島碼頭接和送各一趟:接送的司機大哥都非常有耐心，會主動幫忙搬行李

管家小張和其他團隊服務都很細緻，幫忙看房間，升級，關照長者細緻到位，每天提醒早餐，夜宵和注意事項，離島的船比較晚，給延遲退房了。整體服務都很好，風景也很好，房間風景很好，就在景區附近，出行也方便。非常滿意。

酒店整體設計很有藝術感，步入酒店的長廊像是權遊場景，晚上長廊還會點滿蠟燭，氛圍感拉滿。酒店出門有一片小花園和海灘，有點南法的味道。
酒店看日落也很方便，去5樓無邊泳池or 1樓露天大堂都能看到，也可以步行到滴水丹屏沙灘或是xhouse邊吃晚飯邊看日落，都是絕佳視野。
酒店的管家都非常貼心熱情，有求必應。入住後會提供歡迎小食和水果，還會詳細介紹房間內的格局和設施擺放，下午茶、晚安燉品和早餐時間都會提前提醒和確認。這次入住同行的朋友正好生日，管家還準備了蛋糕蠟燭，很有體驗感！
房間偏簡約風同時兼具設計感，房間內空間很寬敞乾淨。配置的洗護產品用的都是歐瓏，柑橘味的很有清新。房間內的迷你吧飲料可以暢飲，給住客配上了沙灘包傘驅蚊水，離店時還送了本地的特產。
總而言之如果下次再來潿洲島還願意來鯨現體驗其他房型，入住體驗超級棒！

我認為是潿洲島上最好的酒店，全程管家stand by 從到港到換酒店 全程服務在線，下午茶 早餐 夜宵很好吃都很美味，酒店準備了沙灘包 防曬傘 防蚊液 酒精紙，正好我一個都沒帶！
來之前酒店安排了司機，和租電動車的商家 商家也是全島接送車，便捷度拉滿
因為訂房時選的房型 衹訂到了一天，but到店給我免費升級了，不知道攜程是怎麼回事，導致衹住了一天就換酒店了 遺憾，酒店很漂亮 拍照很合適
感謝管家們的陪伴~
