Hi, the receptionist told me my deposit of $100 would be returned to my bank card account in 2 or3 working day. I checked out on June 6, but I haven’t got that deposit of $100 yet. Tell me why? All other hotels can return the deposit to bank card at once when I checked out .
This hotel has to give me a clear explanation.

Clean hotel and smooth check in. Only downside is the parking as you have pay additional to park in the facilities.

Located near the center of Wellington with easy access to restaurants and shopping areas. This time I arrived in the evening, so there was no problem, but the front desk closes around 9pm, so I think you need to be careful about checking in late. The plan didn't include breakfast, but there was a refrigerator and electric kettle, so I was able to make do with what I bought, so there was no problem. The room was spacious, clean, and adequate for business use.
