出差路過，看了幾家酒店，選擇了這家酒店，也沒有評論上的那麼差勁，我覺得各方面都不錯，房間很大，窗户也大，房間設施齊全，服務人員熱情，諮詢路況前台也熱情講解，自己覺得OK，下次過來直接就選擇這家酒店。

和對象去九寨溝旅遊，因為天晚，打算就在附近休息，網上挑了很多家，最後看中了這家酒店，應為有停車場，對象不放心，最後看了房間決定入住，老闆熱情，還幫忙停車，酒店衞生可以，房間大。

不愉快的體驗，退房説馬桶堵了，扣了50元，我的理解是正常上廁所使用堵塞不應該扣錢，如果是惡意損壞或者塞東西導致堵塞應該扣錢，馬桶下水本就不暢，上個廁所堵塞也扣錢……

服務：差！停車停不了 很晚到酒店 衹能停路邊 沒睡幾個小時又起來挪車到停車場 結果遇到最不好停車的停車場 離店後喊她開發票 一開始不接 終於打通了電話 聽你説要開發票 直接電話給我掛了？什麼玩意？這樣做生意就等着早日閉店吧👋🏻

衹能説服務的一分是給老闆和老闆娘的，其他人員服務態度太差，停個車嫌棄客人車技不好，中間的車空隙那麼大不挪，讓我們兩個車貼一起停，司機從哪下，一個酒店如過容納不下那麼多客人就別開了，客人剛進門沒有賓至如歸的感覺，給客人挑毛病，真有意思！你們覺得你們的品質配得上三百多的價格嗎？？？
