Love staying here! Always so clean and quiet. Great location right downtown.

Great for price and the room surprisingly has a microwave oven and a refrigerator too. However the heater isn't working and we had to call the front desk to come reset/fix it (apparently the reason is due to long unoccupancy). Hence we spent an hour + trying to heat the room ourselves following the initial instructions through phone then wait the front desk person to come help us.

Average cost, accommodations, expectations. Can say it felt safe, secure and relaxing. Got a full charge and felt replenished

No coffee pot, microwave didn’t work. No pictures on the walls the television was out dated.

Bad This is a Motel that fits the bill when you hear the saying, You get what you pay for. If you can get the room cheap enough and only want it for a cheap layover room this is for you. They couldn't get my WIFI to work in my room the 3 days I was there and did nothing to help other than tell me the rest of the WIFI was working. My two devices both would not log onto their Network in my room. Everywhere else they seemed to work fine. The fact that both of my devices would not log on in the room should have told them there was something wrong with the room. They didn't even offer to let me switch rooms. The TV channel selection was something from the 1980s. Horrible. Even the channel scroller was in black and white. I thought I was in the Twilight Zone! I will say the room itself was clean and the Housekeeping Staff were good. The Queen bed was awful. As long as you slept in the middle of the mattress you were fine, otherwise you would have rolled off either side onto the floor. The refridgerator was one of those small dorm room styles that was about a 2'x2' square that you had to bend over to use since it was on the floor. I have no intention of every going back there again. I would rather pay more somewhere else that has some actual amenities. I am normally a pretty positive person but when people want to deflect from taking responsibility and pretty much insinuate that it is your fault then I need to speak out.

The hotel was great the check-in service was great. Just the bed was hard as a rock and pillows were not much better.
