General good experience. The location is good, easy to find, the center of the city. The room is a little bit small with the king size bed, but the bed is very comfortable to have a very good sleep there, and very quiet at night. The breakfast is a little bit too early to serve from 6am to 9am, which we missed after a sweet and deep sleep. The outdoor pools are popular and children can have fun. Price is fair, generally satisfied!

Hot Tub Gone Cool-looking hot tub is out-of-order, and has been for awhile. Photos are deceptive. Hotel generally needs some TLC.

Lobby in disarray upon entrance. 20 min delay in check in because front desk rep absent and unable to reach with front desk contact phone. Room dirty. Fresh makeup on pillows, food items behind entertainment center and beds. Mini fridge not plugged in and stunk upon opening. Will never return.

Front desk check in wait was 15+ minutes. Multiple times no-one at the desk. Trash piled around the back entrance. All building trashes overflowing for 2 days. Was a super 8. Not renovated. Seems to have unhomed people hanging in the parking lot. Asked for one thing to be fixed in the room. 9 hours later, had to go ask again. After a long day. Waited 10 minutes for a desk person again.

Rooms sheet had stain that was red, hair on toilet seat, walls could use paint. The bath towels had old stains on them. Rug very old. Overall could use basic updates and good cleaning.

This place is filthy! I would never recommend this place to anyone! Bathroom was dirty. The bed had a duvet with no duvet cover on it and just a sheet. No cover either. The fridge had leftover food from the previous guests and when I opened the microwave to use it, there was what appeared to be breadsticks that smelled of old garlic in it. Needless to say I didn’t end up using it. If it hadn’t been so late I would’ve asked for my money back and left, but I had somewhere to be at early in the morning, so I endured a skin crawling night. Later that day after I had a chance to read the reviews, a lot of people were saying the same thing about how disgusting and dirty it was. I’m not kidding… the elevator, floors etc. were the worst I’ve ever seen in a hotel. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. Very disappointed and alarmed by how this place hasn’t been shut down. Do your research and read the reviews. I’m not alone in my opinion and experience staying here.
