這個房間根本看不了火箭發射，太遠了，位置也不對衹能用長焦相機看，是發射塔的側面，同樣小區的房間衹要它1/3的價格，一種被管家耍了感覺，最後我們自己跑到淇水灣沙灘看的火箭。房間還停電，大夏天的在房間蒸桑拿。

看你的預期了，首先它很偏，周圍飯館超市都很少選擇。但是小區環境和管家回覆都可以，遺憾的是保潔太差了，給的床品上居然有頭髮，提出質疑後第二天給換的時候居然真的衹換了枕頭，衞生也不打掃，浴巾也不更換

朋友介紹過來的，小盆友很喜歡房間航天裝飾，很開心。整體乾淨衞生。樓層高視野很好，預訂的是發射房，入住當天雨濛濛的，能見度低，肉眼隱約看到發射塔，晴天效果可能更好。老闆很熱情，發問的問題一一回復，還熱心推薦文昌附近的吃飯景點攻略。小區也是臨近龍樓各個景點，出行很方便。最後謝謝老闆，入住體驗棒棒噠。😆

管家真是太太太優秀，自由行住5晚，對文昌一點不熟，做攻略的時候管家知無不言言無不盡，啥啥都知道，回覆消息也很快，夜裡2、3點到，客服在休息之前特意留了緊急電話，夜裡找不到樓棟，打電話還真接了，一點都沒有不耐煩，持續溝通一直到我們辦入住。海石灘貳號小區，小區綠化很好，游泳池（需要泳衣泳帽才能下水，週一休息）每天都有安全員在旁邊坐着，看國發火箭，像管家説的，略微有一丟丟遠，但是我們上午在淇水灣踩點，近一點的沙灘都拉起警戒線，椰樹下3分鐘被螞蟻咬了2口，地上還有很多刺，墊子不好鋪，帶小朋友的話還是回房間吹着海風遠遠的欣賞下吧～要麼就選近點的淇伍小區住～或者住個海景房，付費去觀禮平台看感覺也很不錯，騎電驢不要開車）小區樓下就有租電驢的，大概30元/天；樓下有超市，買東西也很方便，超市對面小路進去，到沙灘可以趕海；樓下還有一家旺德樓飯店，價格也還行，感覺比鎮上還優惠一點～

五一出行，三號前一晚上凌晨入住的，順風車過來周圍黑麻麻的了無人煙還有點怕怕來着，當時小哥載我到這裏，還説要是進不去入住就再捎上我🤣萬幸一切順利。不得不説文昌的馬路可真省啊都不開燈的😂最開始也是為了第二天去看日出選的這裏。本來想去石頭公園的，結果被告知佛光寺更近。也確實很近，打車幾分鐘直接到海邊，順利看到了日出！我可真棒👏🏻看完回民宿躺着了，發現窗外景色竟然挺不錯的哈哈，好愜意。挺好的~房間也很整潔。蠻推薦的，可以來哈哈~

設施：房間很大，是套房，離石頭公園很近，從海上圖書館開車過去也不遠
服務：很不錯，剛遇到就打電話確認並安排房間，還給升級了海景房，可惜天氣很糟糕，看不見海和發射地
衞生：房間很乾凈，衹是有一些房東的小件私人東西還在，不影響入住，就是怕萬一丟了扯不清責任
