酒店的位置雖然不是主城區但出入文昌方便，酒店停車方便，雖然位於類似綜合體的樓宇，但商業氛圍不濃厚，前台的服務感覺一般，可能是海南賓館的通病吧。酒店的房間面積還是夠大的，但套房的分區不是很合理，住起來感覺一般。

酒店設施標明瞭有恆温泳池，小童樂園，所以訂了，結果兩個都不開，這不是騙人嗎？攜程也不知道咋審查的。
給我的房間正對着噪音非常大的設備，吵的説話都得喊，更別説睡覺了，後來酒店給換了房間，還比較安靜
