老闆人很好，這裏晾衣服很方便，衹是沒有電梯，晚上有蚊子，要提前找老闆點拿蚊香，裏小吃街菜市場都很近，但不吵。

太吵了，靠近馬路，窗户關上了依然很吵，衞生間是蹲坑，挺乾淨的，空間很大，性價比很高。就是太吵了，馬路上車子嘟嘟嘟很晚才停下來

首先，五星是值得肯定的，因為在火箭發射期間，這個價位衹此一家👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍，房東是一位非常有氣質的夫人，熱情好客，會為你解答所有問題。但有好就肯定有需要改進的地方，因為我認為值得推薦，所以也把我認為不好的地方提前説一下，讓後續過去的旅客能知道衹有你能接受這些點，那麼這家旅館絕對是你的不二之選需要提升的地方：①蟲子，好像是螞蟻，床上房間上會有，被兩三隻螞蟻咬醒了；②隔音，因為屬於民建房，所以隔音是不存在的（視頻聽見的隔音效果）；最後，因為是為了去看火箭，在各大酒店民房漫天要價的情況底下，所有這些我都能接受，下次去看火箭，我還是會去這家，就是希望房東可以把這兩個建議提升一下👍。

為了看火箭發射特意定的附近的房子，帶着孩子長者沒法蹭免費沙灘，凌晨五點半發射，在定的時候把心理預期放到很低，沒想到還挺好挺乾淨的，雖然沒有很現代很智能，但是沒有異味和蟲子，還配有洗衣機冰箱，並且離看火箭的自建房也就兩分鐘車程。老闆娘非常熱心，做事坦盪，即使是介紹樓頂看火箭，額外收費也比較合理，在可接受的範圍內。這次715發射真的超值超美超壯觀，一切都值了！花點小錢看得開心住得舒適就夠了！以後如果再來看火箭還找這位老闆娘！以後繼續給我優惠啊！
