GGuest UserI booked this hotel for a trip with friends. The transportation is super convenient. It's really close to Wenchang Station. I was pleasantly surprised to find that it is newly renovated. There is no formaldehyde smell at all. The environment is super awesome and the service is great. I praise the front desk staff. The beautiful sister was very enthusiastic and told us about fun and delicious places nearby. The overall environment of the hotel is really great. I always liked Lavande when I was on business trips (the main hotel is a place where you can listen to music), so I decided to stay here when I saw Wenchang. I am so impressed that I will continue to stay here next time I come to Hainan. Because it is very convenient and affordable, it is very cost-effective. I have to say that the hotel's breakfast is also very nice, with many varieties and the chef's skills are good👏. Worth recommending👍👍👍

The room was clean and spacious, and they provided complimentary mineral water, not purified water, which was a nice touch.
The location is also fantastic: a 5-minute walk to Wennan Old Street, a 5-minute taxi ride from the high-speed rail station, or a 5-minute drive from the highway exit.
The hotel's restaurant offers room service, so I could enjoy hot meals without leaving my room, and they weren't pre-prepared, which was a real plus.

AAnonymous UserI took my mom to see the ocean, and I was surprised by how happy we were with the room we chose. The location is fantastic! It's right on the beautiful Qishui Bay Beach, just a few minutes' walk away! Plus, the tourist bus stop is right outside the complex, so there's no need to take a taxi or drive to the scenic spots! The room was spotlessly clean, the furniture was new, and it came with its own refrigerator, kitchen, and washing machine, making it just like home. The bed was also very comfortable! I was so happy! The owner is also very nice!

JJ. RandallThe location is a little far from the train station, but the hotel shuttle bus was easy to find and easy to book! All of the staff were extremely helpful and courteous. I had not problems booking a massage, going to the beach, or finding me room. Check in and check out was simple and fast. One of the staff/managers spoke English and gave her WeChat to us. She helped with everything from booking items, getting the shuttle, and checking in. I really appreciate GIL’s help! I would recommend the hotel and I would stay there again!

JJeremy NgiamThe hotel is outside of the town area so everywhere you go, you need public transportation. On hindsight, it wasn't bad as the hotels in the main town areas may probably not be as good for the price I paid. There's no washing machine and I need to hand wash my clothes in the basin and take it downstairs to dry. The staff were not very friendly, but generally, the people here are also not very friendly. The place is clean and the room is quite big.

It is also convenient for eating and parking. The front desk service is enthusiastic and the room is clean and tidy. However, it would be better if the bathroom could be separated into dry and wet areas. It is still a trustworthy hotel.

ZZhanglianyuThe room we stayed in was a special price garden view room. Due to the typhoon the garden enclosure had been destroyed and now there was a platform in front of the window. The room is clean, with complete supplies. There is a bathtub with a disposable bathtub cover. The bath water is very good and it is very comfortable to take a bath. The disadvantage is that due to the lack of rear windows, the doors and windows may not be opened normally, resulting in a musty smell in the room. It would be better to open the doors and windows for ventilation. Please be cautious when booking if you are concerned about this. The hotel is close to Wenchang Confucius Temple and Wennan Old Street, making parking and travel very convenient.
