2024年同樣是八月，曾入住本小區同款房間，很滿意，還續住了。今年再次預訂同款房間，特意給了一間完全看不到火箭發射的樓棟，去年的看的清清楚楚，晚上特意觀察了一下，小區入住率真不高，去年那棟樓就沒人入住，且價格比去年高出50%。看火箭去天台還要加100一個人，文昌哪裡不能看？格局小了噢。

The house is in a community, which is quite quiet (it may be that there are fewer people in the off-season during summer vacation). There is a kitchen where you can cook your own meals. Decoration is home decoration, not a fancy hotel, so you should pay attention to this.

The homestay is suitable for self-driving multiple people. The sanitation, environment and service are good, but the facilities are a bit old, and the villas on the beach are corroded, which is understandable. It is best to go out and have a car by yourself.

After the tide is low, you can go directly to the sea. You can borrow tools from the boss, but the famous hotel has just opened for a month, and the room can smell the decoration.
