裝修在村裡算中上，衞生乾淨，有大壩子停車方便，離漂流景區近步行幾分鐘缺點：洗漱淋浴要放十多分鐘才有熱水，又費時間又費水…是村裡自建房樓層低一樓打麻將，旁邊是農家樂，老年人聚集地下午開車特別累到了想休息都沒法，嘈雜聲天黑才安靜下來，第二天早上7點多就被吵醒，蚊蟲很多下午一定要記得關窗！

從海南來川西旅遊，第五站三江鎮，成都朋友強烈推薦了十里青山民宿。定了三晚雙人標間，第一晚住下來，感覺非常好，立即追加，很遺憾衹搶到一晚，後面的時間已顯示被定完。接下來的幾天，每晚攜程上搜尋均顯示無房。明天衹好去成都了。
這家民宿23年5月開張，所以房間和設施又新又沒裝修味道。房間清爽明亮，裝修簡約有特色，而且面積大活動起居無滯無礙。尤其值得誇讚的三點：頭睡腳這頭，躺在床上玻璃門外遠處的重重山巒和天空盡收眼底，好不愜意；其次，房間外的陽台太爽了，大約有8個多平方，一對藤編休閑椅和藤編玻璃茶几點綴其中，留白更顯韻味，要是來了客人，，加三四張椅子也不會擁擠；再次，私家停車場的車位和民宿的房間數匹配，這在旅遊區尤其是山區很難得。這回飽遊川西，深感停車之焦慮。
這家民宿還有一個特點，全家人包括親家共同打理，既有分工又高效協同，全力以赴。衹有充分的私有並且可傳承的財產，才有這種場景。對客人畢恭畢敬，熱情周到，生怕客人不高興。看得出來，是多麼地希望客人滿意，帶來回頭客。相比之下，那些官辦企業，機構哪有這種狀態。
需要提醒的是，少東家也穿的太隨意了。再忙也得把自己搞得整潔清爽，哪怕出汗一天換幾次衣服。不然和民宿的面子裡子都不匹配。
這是這次自己遊記中的一段，順便也作為評語。

這個店的老闆一點做生意的信用都沒有，我們在網上訂了房間，然後去店裡看了，房間和網上的照片差距太大，去酒店的路就是在鄉村裡麪，一條很窄的小路，我們在前台問老闆可以退不？老闆答應説可以退，説讓我們先走，等下他去攜程上同意取消，結果我們相信他，走了幾十公里，他拒絕退款了，做個生意做的這麼下流的攜程商家我還是第一次見，而且房間臟的一塌糊塗，根本不是網上照片那樣的，商家還理直氣壯的打電話來問我們為什麼會退，我真不知道這個商家的臉皮是怎麼練成這樣做生意的，純粹的***

環境：差的沒話説
服務：更不用説，純粹的欺外地客

這家民宿的設施真是太齊全了！陽台、空調、電梯，這些都能為住宿體驗加分不少。再加上房間整潔，足以看出民宿主人的用心。能被評價為當地最好的民宿，實至名歸。

對於名當地民宿來説，環境還是不錯的。但是，入住的體驗感還希望有所提升：
1.連續入住，老闆應該主動聯繫打掃房間、填補用品
2.房間內可以放物品的隔板空間不夠，不便於收拾整理，使用起來不是很方便

屬於當地比較好的酒店了，是新修建的，各方麪條件都比較滿足年輕人。老闆安裝了電梯。上下樓就更方便了。
