前台的工作人員從辦理入住開始便全程跟進，迴應迅速，服務細緻周到，真正把客人的需求放在心上，展現出極高的專業素養。
迎賓的人員也非常出色，帥氣有禮、始終面帶微笑，主動幫忙提行李、推薦餐廳，服務細緻體貼，體現出五星級酒店應有的高水準。他們的真誠和熱情讓整個入住過程倍感温暖。
我們入住的是大床房，床鋪尺寸大，軟硬適中，睡起來非常舒服，旅途疲憊一掃而空。

金緣國賓館前廳部怕不是藏着一羣喜劇人吧！辦入住時崔卓研小姐姐張口就來：“歡迎光臨！您的房卡已加載‘睡個好覺’buff，電梯在左，快樂在右～” 崔卓研小姐姐更會整，遞房卡時附了張“乾飯指南”，歪歪扭扭寫着“早餐的油條脆到能當快板打，豆漿甜過初戀”，賓客主任Julia還叮囑“出門別迷路，迷路了也沒事，回來我們還能嘮十塊錢的”！禮賓雲天小哥服務專業又有梗，住個五星酒店跟看小品似的，快樂值直接拉滿，必須給金緣國賓館前廳部五星好評爆燈！前廳部老大領導的真是太專業啦！

這次住金緣國賓館，前廳部的服務也太接地氣、太暖了！剛進大堂就有人笑着打招呼，禮賓員幫提行李特麻利，辦入住時前台小姐姐（顏值超高）説話實在不繞彎，啥注意事項都講得明明白白，還主動説附近好吃的、好逛的，跟嘮家常似的。累得沒精神，還悄悄遞了杯熱茶水，太貼心了！退房也快，不磨蹭，臨走還説一路順風，感覺不像住酒店，像回到家裡一樣舒服，必須給前台服務人員一波五星好評！
