我開的特價房46，很便宜，住進去沒有窗户，誰讓便宜呢，沒當回事。沒有熱水洗澡不説，就連水管都是堵住的。天氣太熱想開空調，發現沒有遙控器，問老闆，老闆説價錢才能使用。不住了行不，退房。退房可以不退錢，這都是什麼霸王條款，建議直接秒殺全年1快錢，住進去沒水，沒電，沒床，想睡覺全部加錢，這麼玩才是行家。。點評論:千萬別住，也別貪圖便宜。老闆的思維正常人跟不上

到店漲價，不交錢不給住原本的房間。明明訂的是2樓標間，老闆直接給安排三樓閣樓，練上去都很費勁。不給退款，在店裡老闆同意退款，説不滿意可以不住退款，但是卻拒絕了網上申請，到現在還沒有退錢。黑心老闆大家一定避雷！！！！房間超級小、臟亂差。

房子有味，床單不衞生，廁所有用過的痕跡，基本無法洗浴，服務態度還算不錯的，同價位賓館來講這家一般般水平，沒有優勢
