裝修很新，衞生整體還不錯，就是細節方面如果再打掃一下就更好了，老闆娘老闆都特別熱情，晚飯也可以點菜，老闆娘會燒，體驗感還是不錯的

叔叔阿姨超級熱情，告訴我們第二天哪裡看日出；晚上點了炒米麪，早上送的當地特色嵌糕，都很好吃！第二天聽説我們要去水桶嶴徒步，叔叔直接開車把我們送到了徒步入口，總之推薦入住～

老闆一家人都很好，民宿地理位置優越，走路可達沙灘，房間裏空氣清新，樓下有便利店價格公道，樓下的炸大雞腿味道很不錯！！！

環境優美，房間裏非常整潔，洗漱用品都是一次性的，很乾凈，帶着小寶寶去的，房主非常貼心，給我們準備小寶寶能吃的早餐，民宿旁邊就是洞下沙灘阿姨很熱心的，還問我們需不需要車輛安排，非常熱情，下次來會繼續住！

這次是專門帶孩子來看海玩沙灘的，民宿離沙灘特別近，大概也就100米。民宿是老闆一大家人開的，特別熱情，服務特別到位，我們住了四天，老闆有一晚還送了烤串給小朋友吃。總之，來洞下沙灘的話，選擇這家民宿準沒錯。BTW，老闆家燒的菜也很好吃，嘻嘻

在温嶺高巖村，靠近洞下沙灘，走過去很近，就是當地居民家裡搞的，我們從台州市區過去的，想着帶小朋友看海挖沙的，價格和住宿條件還算匹配吧，民宿房間是看不到海的，如果要去洞下沙灘玩可以住，很近很近，就是下午才能退潮到沙灘，自駕的話路還是有點需要技術的慢慢開，路就是途徑各個村的那種
