The location is right at the centre of Wenling. The staff is very nice and understanding. Let me bring my bicycle in for my peace of mind. Quick checkin for me (foreigner).

早餐豐富，服務熱情，大堂非常乾淨，房間裏都是乾淨清爽，每次來入住的時候感覺非常開心，阿姨非常熱心，房間又大又亮，阿姨每天都很來打掃，陽光明媚，風和日麗，適合春秋。阿姨每天都是喜笑顏開，衞生間也特別明亮，燈光非常好，房間裏還放了免費的礦泉水，春暖花開，陽光明媚，感覺非常開心，上次來打掃的時候，遺留的物品，阿姨還幫我保留着，非常感謝前台小美女非常熱情漂亮，辦理入住的時候非常快

為了看君安和敏團的《玉蜻蜓》，選擇了最方便的華美酒店，體驗下來比預期好太多！
地理位置優越，離開地鐵站很近，酒店旁邊小吃飯店一條街還有十足便利店，晚上看完劇門口還有賣本地特色的小吃和甜品。
由於第一次入住，先到樓上看了下房間，負責7樓客房的牛阿姨非常耐心細緻地帶我們看房，幫助我們很順利地入住！
前台小姐姐也是很貼心地告訴我們有夜宵贈送還有自助餐的用餐地點和時間。
浴室看起來小小的衹有一個花灑，但水很大水温也很穩定，完全不比雙花撒遜色！
非常愉快的入住體驗，值得推薦！

房間非常寬敞明亮，一看都是剛裝修的燈光非常暖，每次來入住的時候感覺都非常開心，前台辦理的也非常專業接待的非常好，非常熱情，每次來入住的時候感覺都非常開心，晚上還有免費的水果和夜宵，上次一粒的一丟物品樓層阿姨還幫我保留着整理好像家一樣停車場也非常方便，前面就是輕軌

住這家酒店總結：
1.辦理入住手續浪費了顧客一個小時（保潔員收拾的太晚）
2.服務態度不行，反饋的問題一直得不到解決，前台亂七八糟毫無經驗可談，手忙腳亂
3.設備很無語垃圾，浴缸一直都是温水，沒有告知怎麼調節
4.遇到問題第一句話就是不好意思，顧客最不想聽到的就是這句
1.早餐券一直沒送給我
2.浴缸水温問題一直沒處理
3.電視機看不了，遙控器根本沒電
4.説是送夜宵的，沒人了
5.開了空調還是很冷，沒人解決
還有按金説好一小時退還的，結果催了才退，呵呵
