酒店就坐落在甌江邊上，位置不錯。房間寬敞明亮，能看到甌江大橋，景色優美。酒店服務人員熱情友好，辦理入住快捷。酒店早餐豐富，中西餐都有，味道很不錯。酒店停車場車位充足，停車方便。

酒店總體來説還不錯，連續住了兩個晚上。就在甌江邊上，衞生也挺乾淨的，店員服務態度也很好。比較適合公務出差住宿。

元旦期間價格330左右，酒店還有一股新裝修的味道。平時淡季衹要258，節假日漲價挺多，勝在拉開窗簾就是江景。景色不錯。房間全智能裝修。馬桶也是智能。來温州跨年，為了音樂節而來。衹能説別節假日來，太坑太坑，否則消費還行。早上9點開始就裝修噪音很響，就門口空調上面位置。

出差來温州住全季，前廳小姐姐們服務態度很好，水平也很專業，房務部打掃的很乾凈服務很好很好。雖然早餐種類不是很多，但是營養很全面也不錯吃。每個人都很用心的幹活，這裏的每個人員都是面帶微笑，見面都是打招呼的，意想不到住的這幾天遇到的每個人都是棒棒的，贊！
