晚上十一點多的時候一個穿着內褲光着身子的男人來拉門鎖，呵斥走了，之後就是蚊子大戰，一晚上蚊子嗡嗡嗡，小朋友被盯得臉上都紅腫了，早上醒來沒有熱水，八點半下樓，在場的客人早餐等了快半個小時才等來了冷得饅頭油條，明明還沒有完善那麼著急五一來割韭菜了，一千多的價格，就這種品質

自駕半個月，唯一一家踩雷的酒店。新酒店沒有任何評價真的不能嘗試😓
1、酒店的停車場在地下室，停車場跟大堂是沒有通道的，停好車後人必須走車道到地面繞到外面，進酒店前還有一段景觀樓梯，行李要自己抬進去。我去問前台可以幫忙拿行李嗎？前台二位大神居然問我説，你有行李嗎？然後一動不動繼續坐着。就是行李先下在樓梯前，然後去停車，在回來幫行李，毫無服務可言，必須差評。
2、當初選這家酒店是因為全新開業，到達後發現跟本就是一個大工地 ，除了這家酒店外，四周都是工地，一大早工程車就開始施工，很吵。房間有看海的陽台，可是根本不敢出去，因為全是灰塵。
3、房間非常小，小到連一個登機大小的行李箱都沒有地方攤開來（地上）。房間沒有桌椅，在房間衹能躺在床上。搞笑的是房間很小，浴室居然有浴缸，也不知道設計師是怎麼想的。浴室跟房間差不多大。
4、因為周圍都是工地跟工程車，所以房間都是灰塵跟新裝修味道。
5、這個季節不要去，海水是黃色的。
6、全店衹有我們一間房間，晚上回去整家店空盪盪的，沒有任何一個人。連服務人員都沒有。我們笑真説是來幫他們顧店的😂
房間的硬件設施還是可以的，床也比較舒服，電視很大，就是房間真的很小。可惜辦理人住的前台服務就讓人上火。早餐的阿姨服務最好，一直怕我們吃不飽。

住宿真的沒有下一次[快哭了][快哭了][快哭了][快哭了]衞生環境太差！樓梯到處是黑黑的腳印，大廳到處是垃圾，前台堆滿了亂七八糟物品，房間裏還有螞蟻！門口屋檐全是蜘蛛網，裏面外面整體環境都差！臟亂差[撇嘴][撇嘴][撇嘴][撇嘴][撇嘴]白天的服務員態度也差，一臉的難過像，晚上那個前台小姐姐到蠻好！🥹真是浪費了這裝修！800的價位300的衞生，性價比太低了！本來衝著他的泳池和外面廊道去的，好在不用買票！真的是我住的最不滿意的一次民宿了！温州話“單邊真”！

第一天到説沒有打掃好，等到4點多才能入住，要不是寫的2024年新開的，我還以為開了很久了呢，他們家設計的玻璃電梯感覺不是很安全，房間廁所五金看着都很舊很舊了。陽台的桌子都破成什麼樣了，這些都算了。最重要的是早餐衹有稀飯炒麪饅頭，真的是從來沒有吃過見過這麼差的早餐，讓我感到極度無語！！

實話實説，民宿尚還在開發階段，周邊配套很不完善。在沒有樂園和游泳池開放的時候，性價比很低。酒店唯一拍照比較出片，其他各方面都有待提高，特別是整體員工的服務意識。
